We will identify the opportunities within your business and then work with you, to realize and unlock the value that exists. Prior to engagement, we agree on a schedule for the work, with clear milestones. We will accept flat fee arrangements, hourly rates, success achievement bonuses and profit share or cost saving reductions. Improcus will enter into a contract with the client, to ensure the client is protected and that there is a clear understanding of requirements.

Prior to setting up Improcus, Andrew Walker worked in the global market place. Andrew has the experience that a Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, General Manager and Chief Financial Officer face every day.
