He has experience in senior financial roles and has been responsible as a CFO for multiple entities in a multinational environment. He will work with you to improve business operations, with resulting increased revenue and cash flow.

Andrew can add value in all your internal business processes, from defining and measurement of KPI’s, preparing budgets, monthly reporting, forecasting to cash flow management and reporting within the business.  Andrew and his team also have extensive experience of managing external relationships with bankers, financiers, auditors, insurance brokers, suppliers, customers, potential acquirers or future partners.
