The client had employed an incompetent CFO and then proceeded to implement a new computer system in order to streamline the business. The lack of experience in installing the computer system resulted in the business information becoming so poor the business was no longer been able to be managed.and could have resulted in an administrative process.


The accounts department was restructured with competent staff, the computer system was removed from the company and a structured process of implementing two new systems was setup. The two new systems were then introduced in a structured manner.


As a result the two new computer systems were implemented and shareholders regained control of the company. The costs of the financial department were reduced.  But the accuracy and timely reporting of the monthly financial reporting were significantly improved. The resulting cost savings included a reduction in accountant fees due to poor financial information.
