Organisational Change Management Consultant – Brisbane
Improcus’ Management Consulting team is currently seeking a consultant with organisational change and improvement experience in business transformations and system implementations.
In this role you will be required to identify and document change impacts on the end to end business processes, both current and future state. Your responsibilities will include:
• Organisational design, including analysis of current systems at all levels of the business
• Change Strategy, including working out solutions to organisational obstacles
• Transition Planning, including development of proposals to improve work flows, methods and procedures
• Stakeholder Engagement, including gaining management and employees’ commitment to the process of improving systems and structures
• Assisting with implementing agreed recommendations, including updating manuals and procedural documentation
• Performing internal audits on organisational systems and procedures
What you’ll need to succeed:
To ensure your success you will have a tertiary qualification in business-related field, extensive experience in organisational system and structure analysis and developing change programs. You will have demonstrated experience working on complex business transitional programs involving significant technological, organisational and business process change. You will be qualified in project management or change management. You will have knowledge and practice in process modelling tools. High level analytical skills and inter-personal skills are a must, as well as good presentation and communication skills. The ability to chair and manage meetings and workshops and explain complex issues clearly and effectively is essential, as well as advanced stakeholder management.
